1. Nature of Services

Sanivision Care offers vibratory energy wellness sessions under the Vibracore protocol. These services are wellness-oriented and do not constitute medical care, diagnosis, psychological therapy, or any form of licensed healthcare. Sanivision Care is not a medical provider. No claims are made regarding the diagnosis, prevention, treatment, or cure of any physical or mental health condition.

2. No Medical Advice

Nothing communicated during or after a session — verbally, in writing, or through your client portal — constitutes medical advice. Clients are encouraged to consult qualified medical professionals for any health concerns. Sanivision Care services are intended as a complement to, not a replacement for, conventional medical care.

3. Client Eligibility

By booking a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are not relying on Sanivision Care services as a substitute for medical treatment, and that you have not been advised by a licensed medical professional to avoid such services.

4. Booking & Payment

Sessions are booked and paid for in advance through the Sanivision Care client portal. Payment options include card (via Stripe) and private cryptocurrency (Monero / XMR). All prices are in EUR. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. A 10% discount is applied automatically to Monero payments.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. In the event of a practitioner cancellation, a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered. Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of on-chain transactions.

6. Session Delivery

All sessions are conducted remotely. No physical presence is required or offered. The practitioner will deliver a written session report to your client portal within 24 hours of the session time. You do not need to be in a particular state or location during the session.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

All client information — including session reports, payment records, and account details — is treated as strictly confidential and will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by applicable law. Session reports are accessible only through your secure client portal.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sanivision Care, its practitioners, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services. By booking a session, you acknowledge that results from energy wellness work are not guaranteed and may vary between individuals.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sanivision Care website and client portal — including text, imagery, session reports, and the Vibracore protocol — is the intellectual property of Sanivision Care. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Geneva, Switzerland.

11. Amendments

Sanivision Care reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
